1. About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of the Psymbiosis website and to any therapy or personal training services booked through it. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
2. Not an Emergency Service
Psymbiosis is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis, at risk of harm to yourself or others, or require urgent medical attention, please contact 999, attend A&E, or contact the Samaritans on 116 123. Sessions and website content should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency or urgent care.
3. Scope of Services
Psychotherapy and personal training services provided through Psymbiosis are intended to support your psychological and physical wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care. While I draw on evidence-based approaches, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, progress varies from person to person.
4. Bookings, Cancellations & Payment
Sessions must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in genuine emergencies, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Payment is required prior to or at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and the Psymbiosis name and logo, is owned by Psymbiosis and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While reasonable care is taken to ensure the website functions correctly and content is accurate, Psymbiosis accepts no liability for losses arising from website downtime, technical issues, or reliance on general website content outside the context of a booked clinical session.
7. Complaints
If you have any concerns about the service you receive, please raise them with me directly in the first instance at hello@psymbiosis.co.uk. If a concern cannot be resolved this way, you may also contact the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) for guidance on the formal complaints process.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
